Tunc Metal Cast Industry was founded by Mr. Mustafa BIÇKI in 1974 to manufacture non-ferrous metals (e.g. Copper and Aluminum alloys). Since its establishment, it has renewed its machineries and machinery park by making continuous technology investment and it has come to the place that it deserves through its quality and service understanding in the globalized world.
WHAT WE DO
Our company has made serious progress in centrifugal casting, which provides superior features in order to respond to the needs of the developing industry, and has gained a good place in this field.
By increasing its liquid metal capacity, it has reached the level to make centrifugal casting up to 1000 mm diameter and 1250 kg in one piece.
Our company, in accordance with international standards DIN, SAE, ASTM, BS, JIS, UNI etc. It produces analysis-controlled copper alloys (Tin Bronze, Red Bronze, Leaded Bronze, Manganese Bronze and Aluminum Bronze) and aluminum alloys by centrifugal casting, continuous casting and sand casting methods.
